At Bläuel, all glass bottles go through the same rigorous inspection as the olive oil that fills them. As well as closely and regularly monitoring the quality of the olive oils that are stored in our large silos and vats, bottles are frequently selected at random for quality cross-checks with special samples that are kept in archives. When it comes to packaging, we have a wide range of glass bottles available, each kind different in shape and size, to suit varying commercial and marketing needs. |

Step 1
All glass bottles are quality-checked for cleanliness, form and perfection before being entered into our special filling station.

|
|
Step 2
The bottles are filled and quickly flushed with nitrogen to isolate olive oil from oxygen. A moment later, they are mechanically sealed and then exit the filling station via conveyor belt into the labeling machine.

Step 3
Once labeled, each and every bottle is then checked again by hand for contents, correct filling level, proper placement of its particular etiquette and the security of its sealing cap. |

Step 4
Bottles are frequently selected at random by production management, to cross-check acidity, peroxide value, UV light refraction and flavour with special samples that are kept in archives, and ensure that Bläuel top-quality remains continually perfect. |

|
Step 5
The bottles are then packaged into special carton cases with protective dividers and safely secured with tape. |

|
|
Step 6
Finally, organized stacks of carton cases are shrink-wrapped for extra isolation and placed on protective wood pallets, ready for delivery to our clients. |
